1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Billing.net, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Description of Service

Billing.net provides voice-based billing management. You can:

• Create invoices by voice
• Track expenses by voice
• Connect to payment providers (Stripe, Square, QuickBooks)
• Access your billing data via web or phone

3. User Accounts

You must:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your PIN secure
• Be authorized to connect provider accounts
• Use the service lawfully

4. Pricing and Payment

• Free Trial: 30 voice minutes
• Pro Plan: $30/month for 150 minutes
• Overage: $0.30/minute
• Billing monthly via credit card
• Cancel anytime, no refunds for partial months

5. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect Stripe, Square, or QuickBooks:

• You authorize us to access your account via OAuth
• We create invoices/expenses on your behalf
• You can revoke access anytime
• We are not responsible for third-party service issues

6. Limitations of Liability

Billing.net is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

• Voice recognition errors
• Third-party service outages
• Lost data or revenue
• Incorrect invoices you approve

7. Data Ownership

You own your data. We never sell your information. You can export or delete your data anytime.

8. Termination

You can cancel your account anytime. We may suspend service for non-payment or Terms violations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
