  • Phone number and voice PIN for authentication
  • Voice call recordings and transcripts
  • Email address and name
  • OAuth tokens for connected providers (Stripe, Square, QuickBooks)
  • Invoice and expense data you create via our service

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide voice billing services
  • Connect to your payment providers (Stripe, Square, QuickBooks)
  • Create invoices and track expenses on your behalf
  • Maintain call history and transcripts
  • Send SMS and email confirmations
  • Improve our service quality

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is secured as follows:

  • OAuth tokens encrypted with AES-256-GCM
  • PINs hashed with bcrypt
  • All connections use SSL/TLS encryption
  • Database hosted on secure servers
  • We never store your payment provider passwords

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with:

  • Stripe, Square, QuickBooks (via OAuth - you authorize access)
  • Twilio (for voice calls and SMS)
  • OpenAI (for voice AI processing)

Each has their own privacy policies. We only access data you explicitly authorize.

5. Data Retention

We retain:

  • Call transcripts: 90 days
  • Invoice/expense records: Until you delete your account
  • OAuth tokens: Until you disconnect the provider

6. Your Rights

You can:

  • Request a copy of your data
  • Delete your account and all data
  • Disconnect OAuth providers anytime
  • Opt out of SMS/email notifications
